SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during high-volume sale periods may require additional processing time.

2. Estimated Delivery

For most locations within India, estimated delivery is approximately:

3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Remote or difficult-to-service locations may require approximately 7 to 10 business days or longer.

Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Free-shipping promotions may be offered from time to time subject to their respective conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available communication method after dispatch.

5. Delivery Delays

NQS Lifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transport disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues.

6. Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

If you notice an incorrect address, contact us immediately.

Once an order has been dispatched, changing the address may not be possible.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery caused by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery / RTO

If an order is returned to us because:

  • The customer was unavailable
  • Delivery was repeatedly refused
  • The address was incorrect
  • The courier could not contact the recipient

we may deduct applicable forward and return shipping charges before processing any eligible refund.

8. International Shipping

NQS Lifestyle currently ships to locations displayed as serviceable during checkout.

If international delivery is available, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges or local fees unless otherwise stated.
